RIKAISO was founded in Hamburg in 2009 by four engineers who were tired of watching finance and supply chain teams reconcile the same numbers in three different systems. The first product was a single ledger that other applications could read from. Today that idea has grown into a cloud suite covering finance, supply chain, service and people, used by 12,400 customers in 46 countries.
We are 8,200 people across six sites, and we still build the way we started: small teams, close to the customers who run our software every day. Our data and AI platform, and the RIKAI assistant that sits on top of it, are grounded in the same published documentation our customers read, so answers can always be traced back to a source.

Leadership
Mika Andersen
Chief Executive Officer
Mika joined RIKAISO in 2013 and led the move from licensed software to a cloud subscription business. She spent the previous decade building logistics systems in Copenhagen and Rotterdam.
Priya Raman
Chief Financial Officer
Priya oversees finance, investor relations and corporate development. She joined in 2019 after fifteen years in enterprise technology finance across London and Singapore.
Tomás Ribeiro
Chief Technology Officer
Tomás is responsible for the cloud platform, data services and the RIKAI assistant. He started at RIKAISO as an engineer on the first ledger service in 2011.
Lena Vogt
Chairperson of the Supervisory Board
Lena has chaired the supervisory board since 2021 and previously ran a European industrial group's technology division. She works closely with the board on long-term strategy and governance.
AyÅŸe Demir
Chief Product Officer
AyÅŸe leads product management and design across the suite. She is known internally for insisting that every release note is written before the feature is built.
Daniel Okafor
Chief Customer Officer
Daniel runs customer success, support and professional services. He joined in 2016 to build the first regional support hub in Austin.
