Feedback in Ask RIKAI

How answer ratings are collected, what is stored, and how feedback reaches the documentation team.

Rating an answer

Every assistant answer carries a thumbs-up and a thumbs-down control. Selecting either opens a short form with reason codes:

  • incorrect β€” the answer states something untrue.
  • incomplete β€” the answer is right but stops short.
  • not-grounded β€” the answer cites a record you cannot verify.
  • wrong-language β€” the answer is not in the requested language.
  • other β€” free text, up to 500 characters.

What is stored

A feedback record contains the reason code, your optional comment, the answer identifier, the tenant, and a timestamp. It does not store the underlying business records; reviewers reproduce the case in your tenant only with an explicit support authorisation.

Where it goes

  1. Feedback is written to the tenant feedback log, visible to tenant administrators.
  2. Aggregated counts per reason code are shared with RIKAISO weekly.
  3. Reason code incorrect on a documentation-grounded answer opens a documentation ticket automatically.

Reviewing feedback

Administrators open Administration β†’ Assistant β†’ Feedback. The list can be filtered by reason code and period, and exported as CSV for internal review.

Turning feedback off per tenant is possible but not recommended: grounding quality is measured almost entirely from these signals.
