About this portal

The RIKAISO Help Portal is the single published source of product documentation for the RIKAISO suite. It covers administration, the RIKAI assistant, integration, and the release notes for every supported version.

How it is organised

Content is grouped into sections on the left. A section is a page in its own right: it introduces the area and lists the topics beneath it. Topics are the leaf pages that contain procedures, reference tables, and examples.

1. Pick a section to read the overview.
2. Pick a topic to read the detail.
3. Use Previous and Next at the bottom of a topic to read a section straight through.

Switching versions

Every release has its own documentation tree. Use the version selector above the navigation to switch between them. The release marked Latest is the one shipped to new tenants; older versions remain available for as long as they are supported.

Content is translated per topic. If a topic has not been translated into your language yet, the English version is shown and a note appears above the text.

Exporting to PDF

The PDF control in the page banner offers a full-document export and a custom selection. Exports include the topic body, tables, and code samples, and are generated from the same content you see here.

Documentation feedback goes to docs@rikaiso.example. Include the version, the topic slug, and what you expected to find.
